What is PlantBased Eating?
Plant-based eating is a way of eating that focuses on whole, unprocessed plant foods, including fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. It is a way of eating that is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other important nutrients. It is also a sustainable way of eating that is good for both you and the environment.

My Individualized  Plant-Based Wellness coaching program is designed to help you transition to a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. 

During our three visits together, I will provide personalized guidance and support to help you in your health journey.  

The program will begin with an initial consultation where we will discuss your current diet, lifestyle, and health goals. We will then create a personalized plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. 

This plan will include meal plans, recipes, and tips for making the transition to a more plant-focused diet.  

Throughout the program, I will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track. 

I will also provide resources and information to help you make informed decisions about your diet. 

The program is designed to be flexible and can be tailored to fit your individual needs.
