This Cilantro Lime Dressing is dairy-free and oil-free.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro, leaved and chopped

  • 1/2 Cup of Nutritional Yeast

  • 4 Garlic Cloves, peeled

  • 1 Lime, squeezed

  • 1 Avocado, peeled and seeded

  • 1/2 White Onion

  • 1/2 Jalapeno, seeded and membrane removed

  • 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)

  • 1 TSP Onion Powder

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add in additional spices based on your taste and serve.
