Healthy Vegan Plant Based Strawberry Popsicles-Gluten Free
These two ingredient Strawberry Popsicles are dairy-free and free of refined sugar and are a great summertime vegan plant based Gluten Free treat the whole family will love.
They make a great healthy snack option the kids will have a great time helping you make and eat them too.
I found that it is best to use frozen strawberries as they blend better with the almond milk. You can also use fresh strawberries as well.
Here is what you will need to make this recipe:
2 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
2 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the mixture to a popsicle mold.
Freeze overnight and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 lemon, sliced, and cut into quarter sized
4-5 strawberries, sliced
Microgreens or Mint (1 or 2 leaves)
Water (I used 9.5 Kangen Water from the Kangen Water Store )

Add all the ingredients to a popsicle mold
Freeze overnight and enjoy!
Strawberry Kiwi Mint Infused Water Popsicles
Ingredients
4-6 big strawberries, sliced
1/2 of a kiwi, peeled, and diced
1 fresh mint leaf
Water (I used 9.5 Kangen Water from the Kangen Water Store
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a popsicle mold
Freeze overnight and enjoy!
